Lightbulb Receipts Not Printing to Your receipt Printer

Are you having trouble printing a sales invoice? Every time you try to print, will it only print to your Windows default printer, not your receipt printer?

If your software is not configured properly, you will not be able to print an invoice. You CAN NOT print the Standard invoice (full page) from your receipt printer. If you have this invoice set as your default or you select it from the drop down menu, you will have trouble printing your sales invoices.

Now I will show you how to select a default invoice to print at the point of sale.
  1. Go to File:



  2. Go to Program Setup:



  3. Go to Sales:



  4. Go to the drop down menu, and select your desired invoice format:




    You can either choose the Invoice receipt (POS printer) or the Detailed invoice receipt (POS). When you are done select OK, and now you have just set up your default invoice format.
