Lightbulb Setting the number of items allowed to be added to an invoice

Are you having trouble adding more items to an invoice?

In the software there is a place that allows you to set the maximum number of items that can be added to an invoice.

If the number of items added to your invoice is more than the allowed amount, each new item you add will just replace the last item entered.

For this example I set the maximum number of allowed items to 1.

On the invoice below, I added a green hat.

On the same invoice I added a black hat.

As you can see, the black hat that was added to the invoice replaced the green hat that we added in the first example.

This is because my maximum number of items allowed to be added to an invoice was set to 1.

To avoid this problem you want to make sure the maximum number of allowed items is not set too a low number. On the other hand you don't want to have it set to an extremely high number, because if you enter in to many items it can cause your software to experience undesirable results.
